Most recently I was CRO at Gorgias, and before that CRO at Ada, where I spent years close to the front lines of customer support automation as it shifted from rules and macros to genuinely agentic systems. I also back early-stage founders as an angel — infrastructure, dev tools, and applied AI. These days I focus on the surface areas I know best for early-stage startups: GTM, pricing, pipeline, sales, and customer success. I share more of that work at DCM.consulting.
